what is Green Cleaning?
For us, Green Cleaning is using sustainable, plant based, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are safe and effective. You can pick up "green" brands like Mrs. Myers or Method but there's hardly an ingredient listed you can pronounce. We use a diluted white vinegar with a plant based pH neutral soap, some rubbing alcohol and a hand blend of food grade organic essential oils. We also use Bar Keeper's Friend and Murphy's oil soap we boost with some sweet orange oil. (It's our secret ingredient, don't tell anyone!)
do you clean outside of Bangor?
Heck yes. We will travel up to 40 mile radius from Bangor. After that, we may request a small travel fee.
what are your services?
Home, office, retail spaces and light commercial cleaning. Regularly scheduled or one-time cleaning; move-in / move-out, compassionate de-cluttering and home de-toxing. Gift certificates available.
are you insured?
For your protection, yes.
is there a wait or can you come right away?
Booking in advance is the best way to assure you have cleaning when you need it at the best price. We do provide emergency service for when it just absolutely has to be clean right now. We're generally booked a few weeks in advance, so for less than two weeks notice we ask for a surcharge.
do you provide references?
Yes. We respect our clients' privacy however, so references are available on request.
do you do windows?
Yes, interior and exterior windows (high-rise and multi-level excluded).
what do you charge?
To take advantage of our no-surprises billing we recommend a courtesy consultation. In 24-hours we provide a written quote so you know what to expect when the job is done: sparkling clean and no surprises. Whole house packages start as low as $135 for regularly scheduled cleaning.
do you take credit cards?
Yep, PayPal and checks too.
